Where do the photography classes take place?
Can I book a Photography tuition class online?
Enquiries for classes can be made via an online form. As these classes follow a rough outline, and are adjusted accordingly to take into consideration experience and cameras being used, they don't run to a fixed schedule, so I can be flexible.  Following an enquiry about the class, there will be an initial consultation by email/telephone to discuss these details and to organise dates.
Do I need to pay a deposit for the Introduction to Photography class ?
Not at the moment.  I've not had any problems with photography students and "no-shows" (long may it continue) for these courses.  If the situation changes, then I will ask for a deposit to underwrite the booking and that will be made clear at the time of booking.  Presently payment is expected on the day for that class session.
For business customers, invoices can be raised by prior arrangement.  Please let me know at the time of booking.
I don't like paying online - can this be trusted?
Any online payments are administered by payment services compliant with the  Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  This is an industry standard protocol introduced by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and JCB as a response to increasing data theft. It sets the requirements for organizations and sellers to safely and securely accept, store, process, and transmit cardholder data during credit card transaction to prevent fraud and data breaches.
Can I pay via direct bank transfer?
I don't accept payments by BACS unless you are an existing customer.
If you would prefer to pay via BACS, please contact me at David@dcharlesmason.co.uk, but please bear in mind that in general, BACS does not offer you same consumer protection afforded by using a debit/credit card.
You will need to advise me when the payment has been made, my bank does not proactively notify of individual transactions to that level of detail.
